Social Development Services

We offer many services through referral resources in the Buffalo Area with collaborative partnerships and local organizations that also seek to aid in positive social outcomes for our Youth. Social Development by Design is our motto but it also entails opportunities that expand horizons for all involved. In order to service our Youth we help them in choosing their futures with a plan for success. Each Social Design is different but each outcome is made in a confident effort and guided by our staff in order to make a difference in the choices made by each participant. We work alongside those with families and also those who are seeking independence as an adult. Our services help our Youth participants to grow in their social skill areas based on their evaluation of themselves, we help them to build character, leadership and work skills to become successful citizens of Buffalo, NY.
